Hello,

I need you advice and expertise on my issue. When trying to post the PO, we get a warning message:

I have check the Posting profile setup and below are the screenshots:

This is the screenshot of the Purchase order:

I noticed that the Posting Ledger account is empty, while the Cost Center on the Financial Dimension on the PO is Suspended,  would it be possible that this probably the cause of this issue?

    Hello,

    The suspended financial dimension might indeed be the issue.

    Do you have the rights to uncheck the suspended checkbox and can you test whether this resolves the issue?

    Before doing that, please clarify with your cost center managers why the cost center has been suspended in order to avoid posting costs on an old cost center.

    Thank you for your response.

    Unfortunately, I do not have the rights to uncheck the suspended checkbox. I will have to contact our Finance department on this.

    Hello again Ludwig,

    I did some testing on test environment and unchecking the suspended cost center resolved the issue. Now going into prod, i am just waiting for the finance team to verify on their end and clarify why is it suspended.

    Hi Ludwig,

    Indeed, the error seemed to be related on the cost center as it is already suspended as per confirmation with the master data team.

    A new problem has arrived, and it is how to change the cost center on the Purchase Order. I will post a new thread on this.
