Planned cross docking work to a staging location

Pretty sure this isn’t possible as standard? But believe you cannot direct work to any locations that are set in the warehouse management parameters as staging locations type? And only allowed for the packing or final shipping locations for this sort of work type?

Anyone found any tweaks or workarounds on this?

Hi tl82,

There is a way to direct the cross docking work according to location directives. in order to do that you need to :

Activate the new feature "Cross docking templates with location directives" in the feature management workspace.

Create a coss-docking template with Work creation=>location type ="Location directives"

It goes without saying that you need to add a location directives for the cross-docking work trans type.
