    Hi Ankita Chavan,

Unfortunately options to restore specific records are not available yet, you would need to restore a backup point to get the records again .

Please consider submit product ideas and suggestions through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Ideas experience.dynamics.com/.../ .

    Hi Ankit,

As Giselle mentioned there isn't a way to retrieve the deleted records and you would have to restore a backup to do that.

    Thanks,

    Kasun

There is no way to retrieve the deleted records in CRM. If the auditing is enabled you can retrieve the audit history and create the records back.

    Hi Ankita,

We request you kindly try out our solution Click2Undo (a Microsoft preferred app) using which you can restore your deleted records and revert back the changes provided they have been captured in your audit logs.
To further help you evaluate our solution kindly refer to our docs.
If you need a walkthrough or have any concerns, feel free to reach us at crm@inogic.com.

    Thanks!
    Sam
