Hi Everyone,
Can anyone tell me the kind of permission needed in Azure for Embedded Power BI and Environment creation. We want to restrict permission in a project to the Active directory user whereas we are planning to have these two kind of roles for creating Embedded Power BI and Environment. What kind of permission or Access control can be setup for the user in AD to have only the above two permissions. Any help would help

To give more clarity to my question, i am looking at the following information from you experts. We have a lot more functionality in Azure functions like Management reporter, OData , Embedded power BI, Environment deployment and creation and usually a Global administrator permission is given or has rights to do so. But Global Admin also gives us too much of a permission to have access on everything. Is there something which exclusively permits us to Manage environments or Deploy Power BI reports or manage embedded power BI or just manage Odata Functions. So an access control which is less than Global Admin but also gives us the permission for the above functions

I am looking on the Azure Ad side. Is there an access control or permission apart from Global Admin for roles which permits us to Manage environments or for embedded power BI . We want to restrict the Global Admin role to something more specific as above as Global Admin gives un-restricted permission to be able to perform everything. We want to control that
You posted your question on the Dynamics 365 forum. I do think, you can better ask this particular question on an Azure or Power BI forum as it is in fact not related to Dynamics 365.
