When create new product model by copy from an existing product model through wizard, the error has found as bellow.
Has anyone faced this problem? I wonder if it’s a standard bug or lack of configuration.

As the error message is stating the old product model ID, I do think there is a bug here. I'm not sure if it has been solved in e.g. AX 2012 R3. There is no information about this error in LCS issue search.
You can try the same in a more recent version of AX 2012 or ask a developer to debug this scenario and see if there is a statement missing which should replace the product model number during copying the records.
