Hi,
I have an Work Flow that generates an email upon certain conditions in Cases. The email was created with the WF (Create new Message) tool. Every time the WF triggers and generate the email, there is a yellow warning that states "The email below might contain script or content that is potentially harmful and has been blocked".
The problem is that there is no script in this email. Worst the email does go out (confirmed by the email recipients) but then the emails goes into the "Activities" of the case and require to be sent again. The other problem this create is that this prevent user from closing the case (because their is still open activities) which in reality in not correct. And if the user delete the email then we lose track of the email being sent at all.
Does anyone knows how to correct this problem. This is a CRM Online so I don't have access to the DB.
Thanks,
Marc

I have the same question (0)Just for your information the problem was solved with the help of MS Dynamics CRM Support.
Part of the issue was that the WF email record was created using a copy paste from MS Word but entered in the CRM through Chrome. Seems that somehow, Chrome doesn't handle the special caracters that sometime MS Word include in the text but are not visible. That causes the CRM email engine to consider them as potentialy harmful and blocks the email.
TO cure, open the WF in IE, deactivate it. Open the email message created with the WF. Hold the "Shift" key and with the down arrow select all the email text (CTRL +A doesn't work in this context). Copy the text into a Notepad or text editor that doesn't take special caracters. Clear out the text in the email. Recopy the text from Notepad into the email (you will have to redo the dynamics fields links) , save the email and activate the WF.
Test it out. The message that "The email below might contain script or content that is potentially harmful and has been blocked" should no longer appear.
Voilà !
