Interesting. Double scrollbars in your model-driven web application developed using Microsoft's Power Platform. This behavior isn't typical. Can you please check the code from your end.

    Thanks

    Hello KarinaSanches,

You've asked this question before, and I provided a detailed response. To reiterate the key points:
The presence of two horizontal scroll bars at the bottom of your Power Platform model-driven web app is not a typical or intended behavior. It usually indicates a layout or rendering issue.

    Likely Causes (Recap):
    • Customizations:
      • Custom JavaScript
      • Custom Web Resources
      • Embedded Canvas Apps
      • PCFs (Power Apps Component Framework controls)
    • Browser Issues:
      • Browser Extensions
      • Browser Cache
      • Browser Compatibility
    • Form Layout Issues:
      • Tab or Section Width
      • Subgrids
      • Iframes
    • Microsoft Updates (Less Likely):
      • While possible, it's less likely a direct result of a Microsoft update, especially if it's not a widespread issue.

    Troubleshooting Steps (Recap):
    1. Test in Different Browsers
    2. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies
    3. Disable Browser Extensions
    4. Check Customizations
    5. Simplify the Form
    6. Check Form Layout Settings
    7. Test in a Different Environment
    8. Check for Microsoft Service Health Issues
    9. Contact Microsoft Support

    Key Recommendations (Recap):
    • Start by checking for customizations.
    • Test in different browsers and clear your cache.

    Regarding Microsoft Updates (Recap):
    Microsoft releases updates frequently.
Update release cycle for Windows clients | Microsoft Learn
Check the Microsoft Release Plans and the Power Platform admin center.
    • However, this issue is more likely caused by customizations or browser issues.

In essence, the double scroll bar is a symptom of a rendering problem, not a standard feature or a known widespread bug from a Microsoft update. Focus on troubleshooting your customizations and browser configurations.

If you've already tried those troubleshooting steps and are still experiencing the problem, please provide more details about:
    • Any specific customizations you have implemented.
    • The browsers you've tested.
    • Whether the issue occurs in different environments.

This additional information will help narrow down the possible causes.

Hello, If you're seeing double scrollbars in your Power Platform model-driven app, it could be due to embedded components (custom pages or iframes) or layout issues causing overflow. Check if any embedded content has unnecessary scrollbars and adjust their dimensions. Also, review layout settings to prevent content overflow. While no recent Microsoft updates specifically address this, staying updated with release notes is recommended. If the issue persists, consider reaching out to the Power Platform Community for further insights.

Hope this answer will help you!

    Regards,
    Mansi Soni
