I am sure if I try to export to excel file then convert to PDF, it works fine.
Separately, Either exported to PDF or View directly in BC, It shown as the following:
Somebody knows how to fix this issue?

This is the same issue we are facing, on PDF it does not work in case of SAAS Business Central

@Daravuth Do you have Khmer UI Font, as I do not find this font in PDF or OS installed in my System I am using fonts provided by Client for Khmer language but I feel as it will not be on Microsoft Server of SAAS,
Can you provide Khmer UI font default which is part of word documents by Default by not PDF.
What is the font you are using in RDL Report builder for this report, can you share that

as per this it is solved on PDF
This is standard report in BC.
Previously, I also tried to generate PDF in BC, it still problem. Let me try your way and let you know.
What is the name of Font you are using can you share screenshot of your RDL Font selected in report?
Like Khmer UI Font or something, normal windows font may not support you may need Khmer UI font or something

Check if these fonts are installed.
as I am not sure what Microsoft is supporting on server

Download this font and install in FONT Section of Windows and then go to RDLC Report and select the font as Khmer UI and then deploy report and Check, It will resolve your issue.
