Dear, is it possible to create a Service Activity through the Timeline of an Incident instead of having to click on Relationships --> Activities --> New Activity --> Service Activity?

Hi Daniel,

You need enable 'Service activity' type in the timeline control:

Go to Power Apps > Dataverse to select Tables, open the table you want, and then select the Forms area, double click Timeline component.

When you expand the Activities record settings on the timeline component section a list is displayed of all the activity types that can be either enabled or disabled on the table form.

--To enable an Activity type, check the box next to Enable and select Done.

--To allow users to create activity types directly from the timeline, check the box next to Create directly from timeline.

Save and publish.
