    "Better Solutions. Do these!

    Oopen your AOS Server Machine.

Step 1: Run AX Setup > Remove Components > Checked AOS

Step 2: Run AX Setup > Add Components > Check AOS to install new AOS name.

Year! Out! Hope all is well.

    Restart AOS server PC"

    Hi Prista.

The sounds like PC_2 & PC_3 domain account is not yet allowed on your AOS server. It couldn't execute without permission while service execution account excerpt..

    Experienced Solutions. Do these options!

Option 1. Open SQL Management Studio > Security. also check > Database > Security. After account created/added. Right click > Properties > see Server Roles & SErver Mappings.

Option 2. Check your SQLServer name to Log On As. Use your appropriate domain account. Advice to your system administrator before re-change the account. I would suggestions to use Network Service as Log On As from Services.

Added options: Contact your Network Administrator to check active directory if PC_2 and PC_3 domain account is exist or configured locally. check both PC: Right-click This PC > Properties > review Domain details if correct!

    Better Solutions. Do these!

    Oopen your AOS Server Machine.

Step 1: Run AX Setup > Remove Components > Checked AOS

Step 2: Run AX Setup > Add Components > Check AOS to install new AOS name.

Year! Out! Hope all is well.

    Restart AOS server PC

Hi Mahomoud, thanks yes I already checked that. But I have some found related to your suggestions.

Every time I ping the PC_2 and PC_3 to my AOS server. it shows my normal IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

But when my PC_1 pinging to AOS server. it shows abnormal IP like efds$.akjlx.jkgir#.irtopf

something like that. Can you gave me clue? is it related to services?:

This might be blocked by firewall. Check firewall settings if active.

This error come when service down or network disconnected for your PC.

Check the service AOS for this client is running or not

On which machine is the AOS installed? Are all three machines using the same configuration, i.e. are they connecting to the same AOS?
