Customize Sale order work Flow Error

Dear 

                                It is humbly stated that a user (ABC) is added in customize Sale order Work Flow Approval. He has given rights same as others user like (xyz). the relationship has been also created. i have attached all roles except of System Administrator. its still giving error. but when i exclude user ABC then work Flow run smoothly but when i added user XYZ then its shows an error mention in PIC.

    Hi Yasir,

    When developing the new workflow you have to link menu-items for the document and approval options (e.g. approve, reject).

    Did you create new privileges/duties/roles for the new workflow related menu items? If not, the user doesn't have access to the approval and you get this error.

    yes andre...i have created new privilege link with the tables...i told that other user's are getting notifications in this WF.. but when i add ABC user then WF Approval..its shows an error...even both have same rights...i also attached all roles except of system admin..

    but got nothing except of error

    Dear Criprin...i have seen it...i attached all roles with that user's but getting again error mentioned in file..

    Hi Yasir,

    A privilege with table access is not helping here. The privilege should have the workflow menu items. What roles does the other users have?

    i have created a privilege to approve sale order and attached with both  user,,,one user getting error and if i remove 1st user then work Run ok with 2nd user

    Dear Andre...i understand you...i create a privilege menu item...i attached that privilege with both user's role but one user getting Error..if i remove him from approval then work Flow run ok....same privilege with both user's ....how it can be happened

    Hi Yasir,

    Are the roles granted with the same access to the same organizations? Is the user ABC enabled? Can you also check if the SID of this user is correctly filled in the UserInfo (system)table? Is the network domain the same for these users?

    Dear Andre...what do yo mean by this "Are the roles granted with the same access to the same organizations" is the roles are not have the same access on all organizations? and what do you mean by SID?

    Andre i have checked all your recommendations...but still facing the same problem..totally 6 user's are in approvals...2 user's are working good but remaining 4 are showing insufficient rights..

    kindly tell me how can i solve this issue
