Business Card Scan working with on-prem?

Hi all,

is it possible to use the Business Card Scan function in Sales on-prem installations? I could not find an answer to that in the Microsoft Docs.

My quess is no, because it uses AI functionality which is not available for on prem installations, but I would prefer to get a profound answer.

afaik online only as it uses AI Builder, if you go to the page https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/sales/scan-business-cards you will see the link

To learn about the availability of the business card feature in a region, see Feature availability by region.

Pointing to the AI Builder page https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/ai-builder/availability-region#availability-and-release-status-of-features-by-region (where you can find the Business card reader entry)
