Purchase order invoice going to invoice history and matching details

Hi 

when creating an invoice for a Purchase order , by selecting the Product reciept ,

the invoice goes to invoice history and matching details in satus waiting . 

STeps executed to invoice the PO

1. Selected the Product Receipt from match product recipt 

2.Clicked invoice line and clicked matching details to appove matching with matching descrepencies . 

then during post it goes to  invoice history and matching details in satus waiting

in Pending invoice when i checked the matchiong details i got this error

can anybody help me out in this issue ?

    Hi Mohamed,

    Do you have customizations in this environment? You can at least try a full x++ compilation and CIL build to see if this is solving the issue.

    Is it happening for only one invoice or all invoices?

    Hello Mohamed,

    I would recommend doing two things:

    First, check on LCS whether this is a known bug and whether MS released a hotfix for that.

    Second, (if the first option does not help) get in contact with a developer to analyze and fix the issue.
