Anyone explain me how i fix this issue: RSO run is getting blocked with error "This optimization request was blocked by another request because it shares common resources, requirements, or bookings" when two RSO schedules are running in the same time

currently only one RSO schedules are running are others are blocked. How I can fix it. Urgent

Hi Parul Sharma,

When there are more than two optimization request to request the same schedule, RSO would block other requests beside the first one. This is by design.

"If an optimization request is running for the same optimization schedule, and you try to trigger the same schedule, RSO will block the second optimization request. The status will be blocked. If there are overlapping resources, requirements, or bookings across multiple optimization schedules, and there are optimization scopes and schedules running at the same time, one schedule will block the other one, and the status will be blocked."
