Hi,

I have enabled /Microsoft Entra ID security group/ feature in D365 finance. When I tried to import the user group from AAD, getting the below error message

/The service you are trying to reach is currently unavailable. Please contact your System Administrator for further assistance/

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi,

You can refer to this old thread, there are users who have encountered similar problems to you before and have proposed solutions: Solved: Error importing users: The service you are trying to reach is currently unavailable (dynamics.com). You can try to restart server. They had resolved with help of Microsoft support. This is a timeout issue, increasing WaitTime in the web config file will resolve the subjected issue.

Had this issue with Dev instance but when I tried in Sandbox instance it worked.
