Missing a Field for specific User

Hi,

I have a field /Serial No/ on Posted sales shipment. Problem is that when I'm trying to assign serial no. on sales shipments, I can't find this on a specific user Login. But I can see as an admin. I want to see also on specifi user ID to whome I assigned to view Posted sales Shipments.

Hi

It is possible that I have customized it, you could delete the personalization from the page.

the serial number column doesn't seem to be out of box. by default, all item tracking should be under the item tracking entries, which include both lot and serial no.

You can personalize the page to add this field. If its as custom field it should be available to be added to the page.

Hi,

If it's not visible only for one user, then you may want to clear personalization on subpage. User might have personalized page and set this field to visible false.

if field added by developer in page and set to visible false then user can add in the personalization.
