Hi,

I think below are the tables which for Extension management

Object ID: 2500 Name: Extension Marketplace

Object Type: Page Object ID: 2501 Name: Extension Management

If you’re using permission sets or security filters: Remove or deny access to Page 2500 for the user or user group. You can also create a custom permission set that excludes this page and assign it accordingly. Optional: Disable Extension Management (if needed)

Hi, for BC25 and later versions, please restrict permissions on the AppSource Product List (2515, List) page.

Business Central 2024 wave 2 (BC25): Microsoft AppSource apps (In-client AppSource gallery) feature will replace the Extension Marketplace (Deprecation of Extension Marketplace)

Hello,

To restrict users from accessing AppSource in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you need to modify permissions for specific pages. Specifically, you should deny access to the Extension Marketplace (Page ID 2500) and Extension Management (Page ID 2501). For versions BC25 and later, you should also restrict permissions on the AppSource Product List (Page ID 2515). This will effectively prevent users from accessing AppSource features.

Hi, good day
I hope this can help you, and give you some hints.

To install or uninstall apps from AppSource or add per-tenant extensions, you must have the right permissions. You must either be a member of the D365 Extension Mgt. user group, or you must have the EXTEN. MGT. - ADMIN permission set explicitly.
