Hi,

Forgive me if this question is asked incorrectly (CRM beginner)  :) ....

Is there a way to integrate social media with CRM (without subscribing to  MS social listening/engagements any other ms products)? 

OR is the an SDK available to help build this functionality in CRM 2013/5?

Basically, use the data from social to link to either a customer /account / campaign...

Create a case based on a response from social.

    I need to know, how would we use facebook/twitter responses / information in CRM..

    E.g. Complaint on twitter from a client, then twitter "somehow" passed this complain to CRM. The CRM user then users the complaint in CRM to open a case in CRM.
