Is there a way to integrate social media with CRM (without subscribing to MS social listening/engagements any other ms products)?
OR is the an SDK available to help build this functionality in CRM 2013/5?
Basically, use the data from social to link to either a customer /account / campaign...
Create a case based on a response from social.
