Printing a Production Order and Its Attachment

Is it possible to (a) print a Production Order and (b) simultaneously print that Production Order's attached .pdf such as a document of drawings?

    Hi John! Yes, Business Central allows printing a Production Order, but printing its attached PDF (e.g., drawings) simultaneously isn't a default feature. However, here are some ways to achieve this:
    Option 1: Use Document Attachments & Report Extensions
    • Attach your PDF drawings to the Production Order using the Document Attachment feature in Business Central.
    • Modify or extend the Production Order report to include the attached PDF.
    • A custom report layout could retrieve and merge attachments for printing.
    Option 2: Manual Approach
    • Print the Production Order report as usual.
    • Open the attached PDF separately and print it manually.
    Option 3: Power Automate Flow for Automation
