My client is having trouble getting My reports to show on home page. when we click on customize this page we can put a checkmark next to my reports but it won't stay check. We have refreshed the page and logged out and back in. He is a power user.

Does the user have a Role assigned? I've seen this behavior when there is no Home Page role assigned to the user.

I don't know how to assign a role after they have been a user for a while. This used to work for him

Click 'Customize this Page' on the Home Page and select 'Change Role' at the lower right corner of the window.

Frank is correct that this is an issue we are trying to track down but have not been able to yet. The workaround does seem to be to change the homepage role as Frank noted.
