Dear Experts,
When we do sales return order, warehouse must do WH receipt.
While posting warehouse receipt, user got this error message.
Expiration date must be equal to ' ' in Tracking Specification : Entry No.= XX. Current Value is xx/xx/xx'.
Even we delete expiration date in item tracking. Still got this error.
In item tracking line, line is assigned to entry no. XXXX.
When I check entry no. XXXX in item ledger entries, I found that there is no expiration date on original sales entry.
I would like to know why it is causing this error?
Is that any setup I need to do?
