Sales Order - Column filters / controls very slow to open (SalesTableListPage form)

We have noticed that dropdown filters for certain columns in SalesTable are extremely slow to open. SalesTaker loads instantly, but "Customer Account" or "Sales Order" columns take roughly 8 seconds to load.

Noticed this ever since we updated to

Ever since we updated our production environment to
 10.0.14 (10.0.605.20012) Update38 (7.0.5778.41503)

I've checked the indexes and such, I can't seem to figure out what the issue might be. We have about 500k rows in SalesTable.

I have the same question (0)

    Hello,

What system do you refer? Is it F&O?

    Yes, that is correct

We have noticed this as well this week when we migrated to 10.0.14 PU38

Logged with Microsoft support who are still currently investigating and have acknowledge there is an issue.

Will update if I get any good news

Great, please keep us posted. Is this reproducible in a test environment for you as well?

Ironically, our test environment is faster than our production.

    Work that one out?

Our test environment is on the new self-service environment, production is still Microsoft Managed.

Have you made sure your production is on the Generally Available - Version 10.0.14?

The initial version had a major DFX issue

Overnight there has been a dramatic change to our environment and the sales order controls are now responding well 1-2 seconds

Our logged support call state they have not done anything

I am now in the situation that I have no idea what the cause was or the solution they applied

All is satisfactory now, how is you environment?

Still very slow unfortunately, it takes about 8-10 seconds to load some controls, such as "Customer account" etc. We ran the quality update which would fix DFX issues.

I think you need to log system performance issue with Microsoft

    Hi Agneum

Finally received this notification that the environment engineers did apply a fix to our performance issue

Microsoft has an internal Watchdog searching for issues and the system the same has detected your performance issue and executed the needed SQL script to fix the issue at 05:11 UTC

That's great news, sounds then we could use a similar SQL script. Do you have any reference or case number that I can use to help the support engineer looking into our case?
