Setting up Email router with two different domain names

Hi all,

We have a new CRM onpremise instance setup and we have to send an automated email from two different email addresses.

For example I have to send from support @ abc.com , support@xyz.com.

Both emails don't have the same domain - one is @abc.com addresses amend other is xyz.com.

Should two email server profiles be created to send automated emails from this two different  domains using a workflow?

Thanks

    Hi.

What do you aim to configure? Server side sync or the email router?

For server side sync you need to setup email profiles in CRM and the mail server must be an exchange server.

In case you nees pop3 or smtp, you have to go for the email router. There you can setup multiple incoming and outgoing profiles and then assign these profiles to the user mailboxes or queues.
