Hi Chime,
It seems this was an intermittent issue with the product itself for which it was working for some people and not for others. This has been repaired in Service update 7 for D365 V9.0.2. Please go through the link: support.microsoft.com/.../service-update-3-for-microsoft-dynamics-365-9-0-2 and see the section "Repaired Functionality".
