Help.....

I have a asked a few other users and it appears they still have the ? so looks like it’s just me, which would suggest it’s something to do with my settings?

    Hi Chime,

    It seems this was an intermittent issue with the product itself for which it was working for some people and not for others. This has been repaired in Service update 7 for D365 V9.0.2. Please go through the link: support.microsoft.com/.../service-update-3-for-microsoft-dynamics-365-9-0-2 and see the section "Repaired Functionality".
