How to enable Unified Interface in Dynamics 365 v9.0.5.5?

Hi

Our client is at Dynamics 365 v9.0.5.5 On-Premise. I find a lot of blogposts describing that it comes with the Unified Interface.
Meanwhile, after our upgrade we are still on the legacy interface and I cannot find an option to enable the UI somehow.

Here and there I also find screenshots, but it's always from the Customer Service hub or Interactive Service hub. Is it possible that the UI is only availible for these screens but not for the whole CRM?

Thanks in advance for the help.
Kind regards

Sven V.

    Thank you for your reply.

When I tried to create the app from existing solution, I see three solutions:

Customer Service Hub, Customer Service Hub Patch and Default Solution.

I don't see the Sales Hub which is the app that I want. Does it mean that I don't have access to that app?

Yes, your version supports the Unified Interface. You need to go to Customizations and find "Apps" or "Model-driven apps" in the navigation:

There you can define a new App. While creating the app, you will see the link to your specific app.

    Hi Florian,

I don't see My Apps under Settings.

My version of Dynamics is 9.0.2.3034. Does this version support Unified Interface?

    Thank you!

The UCI is only available through the new apps (ie. Customer Service Hub).

You can create a new app by going to Settings -> My Apps.

In the screenshot below, the Dynamics 365 - Custom, is actually the "legacy" user interface.
