Customers dissappeared from SO

Hi,

I was using SO without problems and decided to connect it to HQ in order to be able to add other stores in the future.

After running the worksheet to be able to see SO customers in HQ I noticed that a lot of my SO customers disappeared (Several of the ones between account numbers 1 and 459), and that customers from 450 to 790, the last one of our customers, where duplicated. Each of those customers between 450 to 790 appears twice, in one account appears their purchase history, but in the other account appears the purchase history of one of the clients that disappeared.

All the customer info is the same in both accounts, with exception of the purchase history.

In HQ in the purchase history appears in one account the purchase history of both customers.

Any thoughts to root cause, diagnosis approach, or how to correct would be greatly appreciated.
