Query related to the Plugin Assemblies

Hello,

Regarding the creation of Plugin, we want to know best approach from below.
> Single Assembly - Add all the Plugins inside one assembly
> Multiple Assembly based on the functionality.

Can anyone let us know the pros and cons of the above two? Which should be considered and when?

Any kind of help will be highly appreciated.
