how to send advance search query inside plugin dynamically

Hi All,
I need to run On demand workflow that will send email to all contact which will come in under Advance searched criteria.Anyone having idea about it how to send advance search query inside plugin dynamically?

    You can create a custom field.

    If you are using configuration (custom) entity, create a record for this and update it with this fetchxml.

    Hi Tim,

    You can retrieve the user query inside your plugin and then extract the fetchxml from it. Then you can execute it, obtain the output and send the email.

    use following as example to retrieve User Query:

    www.crmanswers.net/.../retrieve-saved-views-userquery-users.html

    However, the query will be required to updated every week. Or if there is some logic behind updating the query then same can be implemented inisde plugin and fetchxml can be modified accordingly.

    It depends not sure now I am getting 300 records.

    Keep one text area field on the record. Enter the fetchxml in that field and save then get it in the workflow.
