CRM send multiple duplicated emails

I have a  problem with the CRM Email routeur , the   same notifications emails  are received several times  this  floods the crm  users  mail boxes. 

could you help me please ?

    Hi Anas, Please can you share the error message, as well as the Errors on the email router server event logs?
