
In GP 2013 R2 with Round 2 Tax Update installed, you can't create an ACH file from payroll (I haven't tested AP).
It appears that everything works and no error message is given, but the file is just not created.
We've logged a case with Microsoft and they've recreated the issue. The fix is not yet scheduled, but I just wanted to put this out for informational purposes.

I have the same question (0)I've got 12.00.1801 installed with the tax table dated 1/18/2015 but I had no issue generating an ACH file. I verified the file existed so I could say it worked. Are there any other parameters?
