Hi,
we have this user facing an issue with his Track and Set Regarding feature in Outlook. He's been getting this alert in his Outlook add-in for a few months, but this worked beforehand:
I checked the alerts history and I see that the category Tracked to Dynamics 365 has been disabled for his mailbox, as the OrgDBOrgSettins is disabled:
Could you help me to find a resolution and re-enable this feature for the user?
