Bulk loading knowledge base articles

Hi experts,

My client has thousands of knowledge base articles on another portal that they would like to have in Dynamics 365. Manually copy and pasting these articles would not be the best approach to go forward with this due to time constraints, etc.

Is there any way we can bulk load KB articles into Dynamics 365? Whether it be from some 3rd party tool or any other way?

Its's an external website where they house their KB articles.

Hi

there is no such tool but you can export the data from the source as excel file and import it to Dynamics 365.
