Budget vs Actual Comitted

Hello

I have delete the PO related to budget but when I do the query the Comitted colums still showing the amount

What I should do

    Hi Pat,

    I tried it on my system and, of course, it worked perfectly. I don't have the table that these commitments are stored in, but you made need to do some SQL modifications. If you have SQL access, search your database for the PO number. Wherever the commitment persists may have the PO number attached to it. It could also be a summary table that you will have to edit directly. If you zoom back from the Budget vs Actual & Committed window, what is displayed?
