Hi,

I need to have a web service that allows a user to upload a photo from his mobile device to Ax 2009. An no Idea how to get this to work.

Does anyone have an example of how I can accomplish this?

I just need to understand how the web service class method should look like.

Not sure how to receive the stream (image) into the exposed method. Once I get this I should be able to use the BinData class for the rest.

I managed to upload files through the job from a local location.

I would try System.Byte[]. An alternative is converting the image to string (Base64) and passing the string, which is probably easier to develop but less efficient.
