Project Item Journal Overview displaying Lines as negative?

Hi, in the Project Item Journal in the overview page, one of my journals is displaying as negative lines (-119).
 
I checked the lines in the journal and there are 115 lines but no negative quantities or cost prices. I'm not sure what the line is looking at and unsure why it is a negative line that differs from the 115 lines in the journal?

    It looks like after I clicked "Recalculation" it has the correct lines amount now.
