The setup is items with serial number and each license plates equals the serial number.
If a individual item with a serial number is faulty and it already have been picked on a sales order work by scanning the license plate, is there any way to reverse or unpick this line on the work straight away from the mobile device? I want to directly replace the defective item with serial number with a new serial number.
I can't reverse the work from rich client because there is no way to scan the barcode for license plates after the put stage on the work. I can't reduce picked quantity on shipment while I have to scan an extra license plate for a new serial number and it's to late to do an over pick in Mobile device. As I understand it, you have to do the over pick in Mobile device before you do the pick, not after.
I would be grateful if anyone have an idea how to solve this scenario.

I think you can do the unpicking only via Dynamics 365 SCM.
