Hello all,
I am trying to create an approval workflow for Sales quote via the template from BC. It works fine, my only problem is that I can still send/print the quote without being approved.
Is there a way to block the sales quote from being send or printed during the approval process? Or can I set up sales quotes to be send/printed only when the status is released?
The workflow should go as follows:
User 1 creates sales quote
Approval gets send to User 2 / quote is blocked from further action
User 2 approves sales quote
User 1 sends the quote to a customer

you can check while printing the quote whether status is approved or not.
throw an error if it is not approved.
