    Hi Ian,

We have come across this error long back, I would suggest you to please try again. I think it should work.

    Best Regards,

    Abhinav Sunku.

    Hello Ian,

the error message you observe does not appear in the latest version of Marketing application.

The Explore functionality is merely an overview of the related entities available for your segmentation query path.

You will typically use the drop down to select the entity you like to add query parameters for.

    Hi Abhinav,

Error still persisting.  Raised it as a support issue.

    Many thanks

    Hi Christian,

We are on the latest version and the error is still persisting.

On DLP using Explore is shown as a bone fide methodology of building the query, i.e. selecting the connected entity, and then selecting the field within the entity and then setting the values - and this is really useful for our customers to see a visualisation of the data if they are not as confident with data structures potentially.

    Raised as a support issue

    Many thanks for your feedback.

    Cheers

    Ian

    Hi Ian,

I was checking your instance version and you are on an older version.  However I see that you have kicked off the update today, so this should fix this issue.  I am unable to repro it on my instance which is running the April release.  Let us know!

    Thanks,

    Megan

    Hi Megan,

    Appreciate you looking into this.

Our update had failed because, I believe another update was being rolled out, which is why we wrongly thought we were on the latest version, if that makes sense!

We reran the update overnight and that was successful.

As a result the error no longer comes up but sadly, I see the explore functionality does not now include the ability to pick an entity and then select the field/criteria.

Never mind, we'll use and/or dropdown boxes.

Thanks everyone for supporting this thread

Now to go and explore what else was in the update!

    Hi Christian,

Please see my reply to Megan below.

You were right about the update, we thought we were on the latest.

And you were also (sadly) right about the functionality of explore!

    Thank you for your support

    Ian
