In SL 2011 how can passwords be changed for users whose primary login is WA? I have a user who is windows authenticated, but the system is asking for a password at login. I don't know the password and don't know how to change it since it's not an active

The system is asking for a password on login, but the password field is not enabled in User Maintenance. I don't know the password, and don't know how to reset it. This IS a user with a windows account, but a password is being requested upon login.

I'd like to reference KB 2550383

Users are unexpectedly prompted to type a password by a Windows Authenticated database in Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011
