Send monthly account statements as PDF attachment in bulk emails

We have a customer in BFSI domain and they use D365 Sales, Customer Service and Marketing module.
 
The customer has come up with a requirement of sending approx. 10K emails every month to contacts with an email attachment which is specific to the contact. They want to send emails in bulk but have attachment specific to the contact and the email should also appear in the timeline of contact.
 
Is this achievable using Dynamics 365 Sales or Marketing module?
 
What licenses will be needed and what limitations need to be considered if this is doable?

    Hi,
     
    You can send bulk emails in the Marketing (Now Customer Insights - Journeys) app.

    If you are using the trial version, you can send up to 1000 emails per month.

    For the basic license, have 10k interactive people per month and can send 100k emails per month.

    You can view the monthly interaction quotas on the Quota limits page.

    You need to enable Send Direct Email in Advanced Settings->Mail Configuration->Mail Configuration Settings for the bulk email feature.
     
     
    You can add PDF attachments to email templates. You can use email templates when using Send Direct Email for bulk sending.
