Integrating Finance and Operations tables to Dataverse

Hi,

We have recently purchased a Microsoft Fabrics service which we'll be using as our data platform throughout our organization.
Previously, we integrated our Finance and Operations data with the BYOD concept to an Azure SQL which we used as a Data warehouse, however we would like to setup and integrate our F&O data with our Microsoft Fabrics.

According to Microsoft documentation, this should be possible to do through Power platform.
Currently, our Finance and Operations environment is linked to a Power platform environment through Lifecycle Services, which has Dataverse enabled.
However we're not able to see our Finance and Operations tables under the make.powerapps.com => Tables menu.

We've looked through the official Microsoft documentation for this but are not able to find the issue.

Any guidance would be much appreciated!

The link you provided is documentation for Azure Synapse link, which is used to link data to an azure storage account Gen2 (Data lake).
The process for doing this is not the same as the process for linking your Finance and Operations data with "link to Fabrics".

All right, so where else in Microsoft Fabric do you want to store the data if not in a data lake? I'm not aware of any other option.

I'm not sure if you're misunderstanding my question, or If I've over complicated the question to begin with.

But what you're suggesting is to use an Azure Synapse Link to export data to a Synapse workspace, or incrementally to an ADLS Gen2 in CSV format, and then from there hook it into a Fabrics OneLake.
That means we would end up having one DataLake and another Fabric OneLake?

Since there's no option to directly export F&O tables via Azure synapse link to a Fabric OneLake, I would assume that the Synapse link is not needed.
During a Fabrics demo from an Engineer at Microsoft, I asked if Synapse link is needed to achive this, the answer was no.

Instead, they used the "Link to Fabrics" connector from make.powerapps.com => Tables.
However we did not have time to ask how this was setup, they just refered us to their official documentation and community boards.

All right, it seems I'm lacking some knowledge in this area.
