MRP - Route Scheduling having a big date difference (overnight vs manual)

Hi, community,

I am new and we face this situation for a long time.

When running MRP for all items overnight, the result that we see in the Route/Scheduling for just 4 operations is too far, like the Oper. 10 is on 02/09/2023 and the Oper. 40 ends on 08/12/2024 (like 18 months difference) for a route that in total should last less than 4 hours.

The problem is that when I open that PD again and recalculate through /Operations Scheduling (Production Order form), the dates are properly calculated. Is there any particular reason for this?

1) Production Order after MRP (OperationsScheduling) > Planned Order > Firming > Production Order

2) But when I go and run the Operations Scheduling again (manually) I see that the Scheduling works perfectly (The example below is in TST).

By the way, the route Information is like this. Resource and Resource Groups are fine as well, calendars are open and enabled for the resources.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Thanks,
