how to import fetchXML back

Hi, I tried to edit the fetchXML downloaded from advanced search in XRM tool box  , now how can I import it back?

    If you are using xrmtoolbox view designer, Save it within XrmToolBox, and publish it within CRM.

    The easiest way to do that is to use "View Builder" plugin from XrmToolbox.
