I created a personal template to use when sending contacts an email.
I'm not given an option of which template to use when I click send email from the contact record.
What's the trick?

Hi Ellen,
If you open a contact, click on the send email button, then have the new email window open. In there there is a button 'insert template' in the middle toolbar.
