Recurring Journey settings based on a dynamics segment where a contact can get in and out

Hello I need some help on a point :

I must send 1 monthly reminder to a customer (if he does not pay). I have created a dynamic segment, as soon as the customer has an unpaid debt, he integrates the segment, the journey must be triggered and the customer leaves the segment. if this same customer has an unpaid debt znother month in the year, he / she integrates the segment again and the journey must start again.

Do you think it's possible ?

How to fill in the Recurrence interval and Recurrence count.(I think it should be like that below) and end date in one year?)

Many thanks

    Hi Elodie,

You can add a custom field to Contact entity to flag whether the person has paid/unpaid debt: when value of the field is changed, he/she will be involved in/remove from the segment.

Settings in the screenshot is correct, we just need to make sure that recurrence schedule fit within start and end dates.

interval * count ≤ end date – start date
