No Service in my sitemap.xml

I adopted the CRM and cannot get the service module to show or activate. Looking at the sitemap, there is no data for the Service functionality. How do I get Service to become an active part of CRM?

    Hi,

    If you removed it from the sitemap.xml you will need to add it back there.

    Here's the 'service group' snippet of code for the site map:

            <Group Id="CS" ResourceId="Area_Service" DescriptionResourceId="Customer_Service_Description">
              <SubArea Id="nav_apptbook1" ResourceId="Homepage_AppointmentBook" DescriptionResourceId="AppointmentBook_SubArea_Description" Icon="/_imgs/ico_18_servicecal.gif" Url="/sm/home_apptbook.aspx" AvailableOffline="false">
                <Privilege Entity="activitypointer" Privilege="Read" />
                <Privilege Entity="service" Privilege="Read" />
              </SubArea>
              <SubArea Id="nav_cases" Entity="incident" DescriptionResourceId="Cases_SubArea_Description" Url="/CS/home_cases.aspx">
                <Privilege Entity="incident" Privilege="Read" />
              </SubArea>
              <SubArea Id="nav_managekb" ResourceId="Homepage_KBManager" DescriptionResourceId="KBManager_SubArea_Description" Icon="/_imgs/ico_18_126.gif" Url="/cs/home_managekb.aspx" AvailableOffline="false">
                <Privilege Entity="kbarticle" Privilege="Read,Write,Create" />
              </SubArea>
              <SubArea Id="nav_contracts" Entity="contract" DescriptionResourceId="Contract_SubArea_Description">
                <Privilege Entity="contract" Privilege="Read" />
              </SubArea>
              <SubArea Id="nav_services" Entity="service" DescriptionResourceId="Service_SubArea_Description">
                <Privilege Entity="service" Privilege="Read" />
              </SubArea>
            </Group>

    Thank you so much! I'm going to try it this afternoon and hopefull, it will work. I don't know how it got deleted in the first place but this should put it back.

    Do you have the <area tag for this section of the sitemap?
