Hi, Is there any way to download a Virtual Machine with Dynamics SL 18 Installed?

Thank you for posting your question to the forum. No, there is not a VHD for Dynamics SL 2018. It is suggested to use the SL 2015 VHD available and upgrade it to SL 2018.

Where do I find the download link for this machine?
Hello Cristian,
The last "vhd" or hyper V made available is from version 2011, located here...
mbs.microsoft.com/.../SLDirectory
You will have to download the 2018 version and basically upgrade the image to the current version. All files are located at the link given.
