I need a way to identify all the advanced find views that are owned by disabled users.

I need a way to identify all the advanced find views that are owned by disabled users.

For example, when an employee leaves, I typically reassign all their records to other users.  But in the past, this wasn't always done. I am now trying to get a list of all the shared advanced finds that are owned by those former employees so I can delete or reassign them.  I can only create an advanced find that queries system views, not user created advanced find views.

Thanks, but I had already tried that. What this does is give me a list of system views (created by inactive users) as opposed to advanced find views (created by inactive users) that were shared with other users or teams, but not shared as system views.  I may not be asking the question in the right way.

You can achieve this result by performing an Advanced Find. Look for Views. Under Select Filter scroll to Related Entities and Select User. Under Select within User pick Status Equals Inactive.

That should give you the results you need.

    Good Luck!
