System Message 8881: Invalid currency information in a base currency batch in SL2015

Hi everyone:
I'm facing an issue in SL 2015, when I try to release a payment application in a different currency from the base currency, it does not release.
The event log shows the System Message 8881: Invalid currency information in a base currency batch, this issue has a hotfix but is for SL 7.0
Trying to figure out what the problem is, I find out that this issue only happens when the application will have a exchange gain or loss.
Does anyone has an idea of how can we solve this?

I am experiencing this same issue but I am not able to locate the KB Article.

Could anyone point me to the fix for this issue?

Exist the KB Article 3045209 with the hotfix HSL2015_3045209AR related to this problem.
