Saving Smartlist to User Class

How do you save Smartlist to a User Class. Smartlists have been created for a specific department, but I would only those in that department to be able to access them. We are using GP 2013 and the reports were created in a previous version of GP. They were not attached to any class.

You can't assign smartlist to users classes.

You need to create a new task ID and assign all the custom smartlist to this task, then assign/create this task to role. Finally assign this role id in user security window based on users who are need access to the custom smartlist.
